Aisha Jamila is an American actress who is best known for her roles on TV series The Shield and True Blood. Since her first appearance in 2003, she has demonstrated her range as an actress by giving impressive performances in television series like 9-1-1 Detroit 1-8-7, and Under the Dome. In 2005, she received attention initially for her role as Anna In Assault on Precinct 13 Her appearance in the biographical film All the Way as the feminist campaigner Fannie Lou Hammer brought her to the attention of the world at large. Her portrayal of Harriet Tubman on WGN America's historical drama Underground was also highly appreciated. She currently stars on the procedural drama series 9-1-1 in the leading role of firefighter/paramedic Henrietta Hen Wilson. The series has been renewed for the third season with 20th Century Fox Television. Hind was recently shot the Hollywood film Godzilla: King of the Monsters. Her birthplace was Mangalore, India. Born in Mangalore in India. Their father Krishnaraj worked as an Army scientist. He died in March of 2017 on the 18th day. Mother Vrinda lives at home. There is an older brother Aditya Rai, who is an engineer of the merchant navy. The brother of Bachchan co-produced and wrote the screenplay Dil Ka Rishta with their mother. Her family moved to Mumbai, where she attended Arya Vidya Mandir. Jai Hind College in Mumbai was where she completed her secondary schooling for one year before enrolment into D.G. Ruparel College, Matunga. She scored 90% in her H.S.C. exams. The student spent the majority during her teenage years studying music and classical dance. She loved zoology. Bachchan was a student of architecture at the time when she was elected Miss World in 1994. She was ushered into modeling's elite by winning the title. The company hired her PepsiCo Inc., Vogue magazine as well as L'Oreal Paris as spokesmodel in 2003. She had a successful acting career, with roles in Iruvar (1997 and Aur Pyaar Ho Gaya (1997). Bachchan made her film debut in Gurinderchadha's Bride and Prejudice, a ballet and musical version of Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice. That's when Bachchan was able to bring her fame and beauty to her first major English-language film. After releasing Provoked: a True Story in English, she returned to Bollywood and was a part of the big-budget Dhoom: 2 (2007). In April 2007, she got married Abhishek Bachchan, who was a frequent co-star and the son of Bollywood legendary Amitabh Bachchan in a marriage that brought together two India's most prominent personalities.
